If would you just venture a little further in, this posh flight of stairs will take you to the restaurant located on the 1st floor.
Lots of wood finishing and spot lightings actually makes this quite a romantic restaurant or so I heard from my flatmate, Aa
La Vallee Blanche prides itself on using French cooking techniques to turn locally sourced produce into masterful creations: Beautiful yet flavourful at the same time.
Spinach, Wild garlic & Pea soup, Goat’s Cheese Cream. I like the creative use of cream to make a leaf design.
Crisp fillet of Gurnard, Spiced Choucroute, Morteau Sausage & Split Beef Dressing.
Puff Pastry Galette of Ragstone Goat’s Cheese, Beetroot & Caramelised Onion, Spring Vegetables. (Vegetarian Option)
Finally, Complementary Melt in the mouth Toffees to end of the meal.
We were too full for dessert but they really looked GOOD!!!
I highly recommend all of you to head down to his French restaurant for a meal someday especially if you wanna impress cos I am sure the lovely staff would be more than happy to assist you.
